Kids Klub After School Care

Your child’s safety and happiness is the first priority for the Kids Klub staff.    In addition to the fun they will be having, they will also benefit from the study time practices that have been implemented.  

 
To register your child(ren) to participate in the Kids Klub After School Care program, please carefully read the St. Monica Kids Klub Parent Guide, then complete the following documents -
 
Placement Contract (one per family)
Physical Form (one per child)
Parent Agreement (one per family)
Child Information Card (one for each child)
 
These forms can also be found in the school office.  Once these forms are returned to the school office, your family may utilize the Kids Klub program.
