Adopting a S.T.R.E.A.M. philosophy
Our students are educated in six
specific disciplines - science, technology, religion, engineering,
arts and mathematics - through an interdisciplinary and applied
approach. We encourage
a curriculum that is driven by problem-solving, discovery,
exploratory learning, and requires students to actively engage a
situation in order to find its solution.
Each classroom is equipped with
computers in addition to our state-of-the art computer lab. The
school uses four iPad carts, each equipped with a classroom set of
30 tablets, to further technology use by students.
To provide students with
cutting-edge technology, St. Monica Catholic School has
incorporated 3D printing into the cross-curricular learning.
Students learn to be creative problem solvers who can use
technology as a tool to find answers and get ahead.
